We provide professional deck construction, repair, and maintenance services in Waco, TX and surrounding areas. Our services include custom deck design, installation, repairs, replacements, and ongoing maintenance. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Project timelines and pricing are estimates and may change based on site conditions, material availability, and other factors beyond our control.
Quotes and Pricing
All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date provided unless otherwise specified. Quotes are based on information you provide and our initial assessment. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ from what was originally described or discovered during the initial consultation.
We will always notify you of any price changes before proceeding with work that exceeds the original quote.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Typically, we require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon project completion. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and major credit cards.
Late payments may be subject to additional fees as outlined in your service agreement.
Project Timeline and Delays
We do our best to complete projects on time. However, weather conditions, material delays, permit issues, and unforeseen site conditions can impact our timeline. We will keep you informed of any delays and work diligently to complete your project as soon as possible.
Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind our workmanship and offer warranties on our installations as outlined in your service agreement. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, or natural disasters.
Liability
We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our work. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
You are responsible for ensuring that your property is accessible and that any pets or obstacles are removed from work areas before we begin.
Cancellations and Changes
You may cancel or modify your project by contacting us directly. Cancellations made after work has begun may be subject to charges for work completed and materials ordered. We will work with you to find a fair resolution.
Property Access
By hiring us, you grant us access to your property during scheduled work hours. We will treat your property with respect, but we are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other items not marked or disclosed to us before work begins.
Permits and Regulations
We will advise you on necessary permits and help obtain them when needed. However, you are ultimately responsible for ensuring all required permits are obtained and that work complies with local regulations.
Dispute Resolution
If you have any concerns about our services, please contact us directly so we can resolve the issue. We are committed to your satisfaction and will work with you to find a solution.
Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication will be handled through mediation or arbitration in accordance with Texas law.
